Hey Coaches, heads up! SEERA Development Director Tony Orsini will continue his Coach Mentoring Program this season to help you get the most out of your time with your team. Coaches, just like players, have many questions and a desire to learn and grow in their chosen role. Tony can help coaches improve skills for managing their team, working with players and parents, running practices, game strategies and more. For more information, check out the Development – Coach Mentorship Program and reach out to Tony to get started. Tony will also host on-ice development sessions throughout the season where he can work with you and your team . Check out the Player Development – Session Schedule for information and session availability. You will need to connect with Tony to book a development slot.
